“ Two of us ordered 9 dishes as we were a little excited. A little too much than our stomach can take. All dishes are great and better than most dim sum places in the south bay. Among the 9 dishes, we like dumplings, sesame balls, and bean curd roll a lot. Sesame balls are a little expensive at 15, but they are the best I have had so far I like dessert a lot. The place is comfy, the dim sum carts are all around you. The jasmine tea uses true high quality tea leaves that is one of the best in Chinese restaurants I have been to. This place has been on the Michelin list twice 2016 and 2021. They deserve it. ”

“ Dim sum? Yes please! The dim sum is fresh and delicious. My favorite was the soup dumplings. You can also order from their menu if you dont find anything from one of the carts. Service is very quick and attentive. Friendly and welcoming as well. It is one of the few dims sum places you can make a reservation. Yank Sing is located in the Rincon center. After your belly is full you can easily walk around the promenade! ”
“ Dim sum carts roll by constantly. The food is hot off of the carts. Some nice dishes that we tried. The service is prompt. Checkout is table side and like everything else in SF, electronic. Interesting that any of the servers or bus persons can check you out. ”
“ Since the height of the pandemic, its been hard to find dim sum places that still use the carts, but Yank Sing to the rescue! This location inside the beautiful Rincon Center near the Embarcadero. It helps to have a Cantonese speaking grandmother! But worry not, this restaurant is very high class and youll get good service even if you dont speak Cantonese, and thankfully not at the sacrifice of good quality authentic dim sum. The food was amazing! The egg custard tarts were particularly good they really impressed my aforementioned grandmother! Great for large parties best to get a reservation and the bill split evenly was not bad at all given the amount of food we all ate, just under 40 per person. Theres also a take out location right next door! A true San Francisco classic ”
